Cannot request Registration Key

Hi.

I'm a first time user trying to request a Registration Key. I've tried several times today from both Explorer and Firefox browsers and keep getting the below error.

Help?

    I was having the same problem, but was able to get a key this morning - thanks! Unfortunately, I cannot seem to use the key that was provided - I'm getting a redirect to invalid_key.html.
